Named after the first and last documented case of immoral soul use by the TSADF in unit 89-56.
In light of 89-56 incident a new TSADF law as been implement to reduce the potential of further immoral uses of a human soul. There shall be no use of a human without explicent consent from the souls holder. The consent must be given in the presence and with the knowledge of a TSADF legal court. After the soul is properly aquired a weekly check must be conducted to ensure that the soul is being treated as humanely as possibly. Furthermore, due to the grotestque nature of using a sentaint creatures soul, it is only legal to use humans souls in order to insure that no creature unable to understand the ramifcations of these acts are forced to consent to them.
If someone TSADF alligned is found to have done this procedure incorrectly or in disregard of The Oliver Law, they will be barred from TSADF and immedately charged as a detainee.
If someone non TSADF alligned is found to have done this procedure incorrectly or in disregared of The Oliver Law, they will be immedately charged as a detainee.
