Due to increasing number of phenomenons that science has failed to explain, we are going through with operation Glaukopis and have decieded to go ahead and set up the Supernatural and Abnormal Defence Force, for the research, containing, use and intgration of the unknown with our sociaty.

We just request the clandistain cover in order to maintain this operation. Due in part to the psychologic effects on the general population and tulpa plusablity that can arise. We already have funding from numourous countries and private firms.

As thus, I propose we begin with Operation: Glaukopis to fully begin our company. We have been waiting for the correct time and I do believe that now is it. Let us begin.
