█████████ ████ has made a requested permission to begin a new operation, dubbed Silver, in order to attempt to begin the introgration of the werewolves in sector B9. ███ has claimed that one of the werewolves, now dubbed Yellow, has shown considerable intelligence. To the point of attempting an escape, which while unsuccesful, was thought to require more intelligence than that possed by an animal, as the escape attempt including pretending to be under the effect of anesthesia.
This, if it is possible, would alter our entire understanding of how intellegent and sentaint these creatures are. As a result, █████████ ████ has resquested full access to B9 and the werewolves. However due to the likelihood of injuires or death is much too high to ignore, I reccomend maintaing the sercurity level regardless of █████████ ████'s complaints. If there is any complaints, have them directed towards me.
Additional, the 'fire on sight' laws are still in full effect. █████████ ████ might have trust for these creatures but I will not allow more of our operatives to be torn apart by these monsters.
