████ has made a request to use site D3-1 for the use of an experiment of testing the 'Flayed Journal' found earlier this month at site B64. The experiment is based around attempting to see if any of the apparent spells are able to effect the physical world. If this is proved to have a considerable effect we might very well have opened a new method to protect and serve.
All information about and during the operation will be handed over to the Higer Ups of TSADF for processing first. At the moment we are looking at a very good sign on the likely hood of these 'spells' proving me wrong in my previous assessment of the 'Flayed Journal'. I will wait for a response from ████ with baited breath.
