Items which can be considered as holding, or documenting, cognito hazards are classified as any item which can potianally lead to a cognito hazard. A common example is video footage or notes explaining a summoning.
The charges of owning a cognito hazard is dependent on the following:
- The reason behind why the suspect had possesion of the cognito hazard.
- The serverity of the Cognito Hazard.
- If the cognito hazard was or was attempted to have been distrubuted in some manner.
- If intent to distrubute the cognito hazard has been proven
- If the current holder of the cognito hazard was the producer of the cognito hazardous content
- If the holder of the cognito hazard was aware of it's hazardous nature.
- If an TSADF operative provided the holder with the cognito hazard.
In the case of a cognito hazard, it must be immediatly archieved and and contained. A Cognito-Management staff member will be contacted to investigate
