In order to maintain a consistant and proper archeival system, all TSADF staff members must be allowed access to Cognito safe archeival information. If a TSADF operative or unit wishes to gain access to files about themselves, and are not detained or held as a hazardous convict, they must be given access to these files.
Furthermore, if a non-TSADF allied individual makes a Free Information request it should be brought to the TSADF courts as an offical request. If there is no good arguements as to why the information should not be shared, the data should be handed to the non-TSADF allied individual. Else, the request should be denied and the individual monitored for a minimum of three months.
