The Tacticle Supernatural and Abnormal Defense Force has been around since the 1700s, As a result, many ethical frameworks have been created, adopted and cast aside by the general memebers of the TSADF. However this is not a universal system. Many teams still follow earlier or their own ethical framework. This is not entirely discouraged by the TSADF as long as the ethical framework is complmentary to the organisations moral mission.
The original TSADF was an off shoot of the early monster hunting sociaties, with the TSADF focusing more on the advancing science than their out-dated counterparts.
At the time, the TSADF still firmly held to monster hunting ideals. Focusing on the elimination of so-called monsters and the protection of all humans they encountered. Unfortuntely, this lead to the death of many non-humans, as zealous TSADF operatives did not believe in the possiblity of human and non-human co-exsistance.
This belief system was, however, slowly being shaken by the access to the "New World". In which TSADF operatives where able to properly encounter mermaids and other advanced sea dwelling non-humans. As well as the beginnings of Operation: Silver.
The success of Operation: Silver saw the first recorded incident of humans and non-humans working together. With the creation of both the SSU and the SSBU.
During this time, the inclusion of Luna and Dog Soldiar units was seen as very unusal by the other monster hunting guilds, and led to the TSADF distincing themselves from their prior allies. Starting out the TSADF's first expression of being a non-human allied organisation.
The major change in both understanding of non-humans and the TSADF readiness to learn about them, lead to the creation of the research department. Who was in charge of all investigation on how to house, care for, train, treat and work alongside SSU and SSBU units.
However, the sudden change in beliefs did leave behind a considerable amount of the TSADF. As some members firmly believed than non-humans still served too great of a threat to be allowed in and around civilian populated areas and brought up concerns about non-humans which have preyed on humans for all of history, such as vampires.
Addtionaly civilian sociaities where not adiquately built up to assist with non-human requirements. Not to mention considerable distrust and continued operation of monster hunting guilds.
The result was the seperation of the TSADF as an organisation from the public. TSADF sepecific housing was created to house TSADF operatives and SSU/SSBU units out of the view of civilians and other hostile guilds where they would be safer and have better access to advanced accomidations.
The TSADF remained allusive until the early 2000s, in which raising concerns about the safety of both humans and non-humans began to arise due to ever expanding cities pushing further into prior habitats for non-humans and the recent discovery of meta-physical entities and anomolies.
However, concerns about public knowledge of these cognito-hazards, and the safety of TSADF operatives prevent direct interaction with the public. In order to maintain both of the prefered goals of the TSADF, alliship with local governments began.
TSADF operatives were eventually elected into positions of power, from which they negotiated with local politians to provide defence forces against the supernatural and abnormal, in exhange, the governement will allow the TSADF to operate freely with in their borders.
After considerable negotitations, including providing non-naturally occuring produce, spec ops units and consultation, the TSADF was able to ally themselves with Britian, the EU, Austrila, North American states, Brazil, Canada, China, the Democratic Republic of The Congo, Eygpt, India, Japan, South Korea, Russia and Norway.
Due to operating seperately from these allies we have managed to also ask as a neutral party during international conflicts. Providing assistance to the effected populations and preventing conflicts from escalating too far.
Unfortunately, some countries refused to join sides with the TSADF or entertain any form of friendly relations. As a result, TSADF forces are not welcome in those countries and any operation conducted is considered illegal.
Unfortunately, groups which began stiring up from prior to the early days of co-existance beginning began operating without TSADF higher-up orders. This lead to numerous issues, ranging from loss of assests, lowered trust and weaked contact with the nations of sea nations.
Eventually the consistant rising conflict broke out into a civil war. The squrimish lasted through out the mid 2000s to the early 2010s. Many brave souls fought on behalf of the TSADF goals and ehtics.
Thankfully, their efforts led to the new age of the TSADF. Finally managed to apprehend the leaders of the splinter group and shut down the operation. They were properly charged for their crimes and arrested.
Although this incident ended rather well, it has resulted in the current legal system and the implimentation of TSADF correctional facilities and prisons.
In the modern age, the TSADF boasts a wide connection with all of it's allied countries and numerous more private locations dotted all across the globe. The efforts made by the TSADF has prevented the extinction of numourous non-human entities, including dragons, unicorns and vampires. And thanks to TSADF research, the public has become safer and more healthy.
Continuation in progressing scienctific knowledge, supernatural knoweledge and the safety of both non-humans, humans and civilians alike remains TSADF's main focus. We look forward to the eventual future our efforts will bring and hope that you will be apart of building it up, brick by brick.
