FOX.CO is a massive mega corp that owns every means of production and the consumer. There is no alterative at all to FOX.CO. Unfortuntely they also have gained enough power to just flat out begin owning realms outside of humanity, such as the realms of hell and heaven. They have captured god, after his fall, and use him to power their massive companies.
FOX.CO is not above the normal government. It more or less leaves the governing of humanity to others, but it is such a powerful enterty that the government might very well be owned by FOX.CO, at least in a manner to uphold their power.
Furthermore, FOX.CO also owns the means to remaining dead. As you see, FOX.CO owns heaven and hell, meaning that when someone dies, their souls ends up under FOX.CO's ownerships until the orginal owner is brought back to life and has to foot the bill for both resurrection and return of the soul. As a result, companies have no reason to prevent people from just working themselves to death. As a result, company malpractise is just something you can pay to not deal with.
Due to the sudden lack of death reducing the reduction of humanity, population control was suddenly put into control to help reduce the over arching problem of over population. One of the side effects is people have to pay premium to get married or to have children. Which is one of the numerous problems that involves how much FOX.CO can control people.
Furthermore, things such as animals or childern can very quickly become the property of the 'original' owner if the current one is seen as unfit due to extensive debt. Although since death is something people can't actually get in the FOX.CO universe, it is possible for people to just work back up to being able to reown their pets or have the children back as part of their family.
Demons are now conscripted workers of FOX.CO as a side effect of FOX.CO not only owning heaven and hell, but also having full ownership of what is left of god. And so, demons are required to work under FOX.CO operations.
Angels don't really have to work for FOX.Co, most of the time they are trying to actively continue to try to search for what remains of god, or if need b, his replacement. As a result most of heaven have been making very limited effort to help humanity. Only interacting with humanity in terms of offering souls back to FOX.CO for the chance to tend to god for whatever limited comfort that can offer, or to collect souls that have finally managed to freethemselves from reality.
FOX.CO doesn't like the concept of using AI instead prefering to continue upholding the torment of the human workers. Not only that, FOX.CO is quite fond of preventing people from holding onto their money, and as a result doesn't like the consumers having a monopoly. The consistint flow of money is vital for FOX.CO to uphold the economy.
Also there is no destroying FOX.CO. There is no leader of the company, no way to create your own company without just funding FOX.CO, no way to just try to violently overthrow them as regardless, FOX.CO profits from all of it. FOX.CO funds everything about this entire system, and so trying to overthrow it just funds it. Not only that, the head of the beast, so to speak, is easily replaceable for FOX.CO. As a result there's no real way to destroy the company at this point.
