Hey, you want to hear something interesting:

So, we're I live, we have the occasional flea market. And at these flea markets you sometimes get knife stalls. And sword stalls, but uh... It doesn't really always have the best things.

But I did go over to a Boer stall and fond some beautiful knives. Like, actual proper ones for pretty low prices. Like if you see one of those chopper knives for biltong, than usually that place has lovely knives.

So, I bought a still blade for my brother and a folding knife for myself. Both mostly for cooking. It's one of those knives where it's a mix of chopper and slicer.

I am pretty excited to use it for braai'ing or cooking. I had another knife I used to use for braai'ing but it started to fall apart for some reason. The one screw holding the damn handle together gave-up and fell off somewhere.

But, I suppose I know have a Tantō, Stilito, karambit and fold out knife. Looking forward to getting a kunai. Some time in the future. If that works out.

The stall also had a few other knives, like fold-out karambits and an OTF blade.

I'll be honest. I don't like the fold-out karambits. It doesn't work out very nicely because the blade and the handle doesn't entirely allow for a more curved blade and a comfortable handle at the same time. So, it's a bit of a confusing idea to make for a knife.

And I just don't like switchblades and OTF/OTS blades because for some reason so far every knife I've had with an opening mechinism just broke. Or lost screws. Or well, had a dangerous opening mechinism such as squeezing the handle unlocking the blade.
