To an extent all of humanity is inherently biased. It is a natural way of reality. If I like the colour red, a red billboard could be more visually appealing to me, but not someone who likes the colour green, as a simple example. Than you get into aspects of reality which has to deal with conspiracies.
And dear True Believer, I think you're smart enough to know where I'm going with this. Conspiracy theories don't inherently deny reality, rather they kinda question what aspects of reality is true or not.
I think that's reasonable. Some real world events were seen as theories on their happening. MK Ultra being an obvious one, or the Epstain Island being half rumoured for a while. So, clearly some aspects of reality are hidden from the general public. Conspiracy Theories are only theories unless they are proven incorrect or correct.
What I'm getting at, is keep being curious True Believer, look at everything logically first and if it holds reasonable levels of water, hang ten 'till reality proves it. Above all logic and science is the only way to wash out the blinding mud of bias. Wisdom stands in the quiet street corners, crying to those who shall heed her words. In the words of Captain Disillusion, "use your heart for love and your head for everything else". Verily take this knowledge and go forth.
