More on Bloodbourne:

I would like to say that this might contain a few more spoilers than I've got here before. It's not anything... too spoilery, but I feel like the game should really be exeperienced for yourself. I really freaking love Bloodbourne so it would be great if more people could feel that for themselves.

Right, uh... For the sake of no spoilers, the following is going to be rather rambling until the end lines up to more well... spoilery bits.

So, fun fact. My parents sometimes wander into the tv-longue to pray for the night, and one of those days I was playing Bloodbourne. Usually, my mom hate violent games but she was mostly nit-picking that my character should be wearing something more practical than a pure white dress and heels.

I'll be honest. That is a valid nit-pick. Couter arguement, the outfit looks kick-ass and it's kinda cool to see the clothes get bloodstained from the hunt. Lovely.

Also,, my dad is midly scared of The Doll. To be fair, I am usually also scared of dolls, but not The Doll for some reason. I don't know. Maybe it's because she has a more human face or because she's just so charming and sweat. Honestly, I feel like some of the best motivation in Bloodbourne is being a hunter The Doll and The Messengers would be proud of.

I feel like that'd be pretty great motivation. From what I've heard from my brother, it was also the same for the Demon Souls game with the Black Maiden. Same voice actress by the way. She's pretty freaking good as a voice actor.

Oh, I also managed to get to the Forbidden Forest. It's pretty cool so far. Honestly, it's gotten widly more scary all of a sudden. Like, I love how there's now more eldrich horror. It's lovely. I am so scared to go there. It's perfect.

Oh, also there's this absolutely terrifying monster. It looks like a normal axe wielding human, until you wander a bit too close and suddenly snakes sprout from their head and they start staggering towards you. Yeah... Lovely. I hate them so much, it's perfect. I mean this entirely honestly, they are scarier than the giant snake beasts that also show up there.

Oh, I also got to the next boss. The Shadows of Yharnam. In otherwords, three hunter like critters that wants to absolutely murder me. So, yeah. I'm trying to fight them when I finally get some motivation to do so.

In other news, I've managed to unlock the Beast Roar. I uh... Wandered to the top of a random building, ended up bumping into what is best described as the most awkward situation. There was a guy huddle over in between three dead people. So, I kinda backstabbed in with the Blades of Mercy and than he turned into a monster while going on about how I'm a monster like him. Which, fair. I didn't ask him anything before stabbing him, but also... I was right.

Oh, I also managed to kill The Undead Giant. He went down pretty easy, only took me out once, and that's because I got cocky. Like, ran right up to massive giant and proceeded to get my ass handed to me five ways 'till friday.

Oh, I also sided with the League... I think? I mean, Look, I mostly main Blades of Mercy and Threaded Cane, so the second I saw that this other hunter guy seemed to have a Threaded Cane I tried to talk to him. He than provided me with a rune and invited me to hunt monsters. Which is what I was doing already, so uh... Free rune? Nice. I mean, I'm literally receiving something for what I'm already doing.

Like imagine if you bump into someone who want you to join their guild for something you are already doing. It's something for nothing. It's functionally better than anything else. Besides, I've accidently already killed the Crow Hunter because I misunderstood that me trying to help her could put her at risk of dying.

Go back?
