Boxing:

So, exercise, eh? I like exercise sometimes. When I have energy and time to. My brother has a boxing bag so I've been messing around at odd times using it. I did just, at time of writing this, try out some bare-knuckle practising.

It's pretty fun, I'd say. I mean, I did scrape off a bit of my knuckles skin but hey. Pretty fun. It felt a bit nicer than using the boxing gloves. But clearly I've gotten toughen up my knuckles. It's weak as fuck right now.

If I remember correctly, I was a rather active kid. I mean, I was just an energetic little shit. I would bounce about all over the place, play fight with my brother or cycle for two hours and upwards. Which more or less means that I was somewhat fit at the time.

I do semi-regularly exercise. Some mild weightlifting, and house cleaning. I am counting house cleaning as it is some form of exercise. Although I'll be the first to say that I am a weak basic white bitch. Don't go expecting that I'm some badass now.

I just think that the best way to think about self-care if you act like a zookeeper for yourself. You know, like animals need food and water and socialisation and exercise and environmental changes and all that. And animals need exercise, humans are animals, therefore humans need some exercise. Just to increase dopimine or stamina and so on.
